Accident Procedure:
In case of an accident, please contact CreteAirportCars immediately for further instructions on how to proceed. You are not allowed to leave the scene without reporting the incident. If you're unable to contact us, please notify the local authorities directly.
Without an official accident/damage report, you will be liable for the full repair costs. Once a report is made, your liability is waived.
No damage or accident reports will be accepted at the car’s return without prior notification of the incident.
All insurance coverage and waivers are valid only if the renter complies with all terms and conditions. The renter is responsible for repair costs if damage occurs due to improper use of the vehicle, including:

- Participation in races, speed tests, rallies, or using the vehicle for commercial purposes (e.g., taxi or courier service)
- Use of incorrect fuel type
Please note: No insurance covers interior damage. You will be charged for any damage to seats, interior window glass, mirrors, or accessories.
Traffic Violations & Fines:
You are responsible for all traffic fines and penalties, including the cost of re-acquiring the registration plates if they are removed by authorities.
Important: Paperwork with Greek authorities can be complex and time-consuming!

Refunds cannot be provided for early vehicle returns or for returning the vehicle with excess fuel. Kindly ensure the vehicle is returned with the specified fuel level, in accordance with our "same to same" fuel policy.
